Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Veyero handles information when you visit veyero.online, use the partner application, or contact us about a partnership opportunity.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Scope and contact
Veyero operates veyero.online and the partner application process described on this website. This policy applies to information handled through the Veyero website, the same-origin partner application gateway, and related partnership-review communications.
Questions, privacy requests, or requests to withdraw an optional measurement choice may be sent to Contact@veyero.online.
2. Information you provide
If you submit the partner application, we may receive your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, website, primary service area or region, services offered, current capacity, notes you choose to provide, and the consent choices submitted with the form.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, customer information, access credentials, payment-card information, or information that is not needed for partnership review.
3. Technical, security and attribution information
When you use the site, hosting and application systems necessarily process technical request information such as requested URLs, timestamps, browser or device information, network information and request outcomes. Security controls may use privacy-safe derived requester identifiers, rate-limit state and other bounded operational metadata to prevent abuse and protect the service.
For partner attribution, the browser may temporarily retain first- and last-touch campaign information such as UTM parameters, landing path, referrer hostname, a Meta click identifier when present, and a validated Veyero asset reference. The partner-attribution store does not contain the name, email address, phone number, website or notes entered into the partner form.
4. Browser storage and privacy choices
Veyero uses browser storage for limited operational purposes. Partner attribution is stored in session storage and includes a maximum 30-day expiry safeguard. Your analytics and advertising preference is stored in local storage for up to 180 days so the site can remember your choice. You can reopen Privacy choices from the site footer and change that preference.
Essential site and form processing does not depend on accepting optional analytics or advertising.
5. How we use information
We use information to review potential partnership fit, respond to applicants, operate the partner intake process, secure and troubleshoot the website, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, understand campaign attribution, measure site and funnel performance where permitted, maintain auditability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an application does not activate a partner, route customer enquiries, assign a territory, or create a commercial agreement.
6. Partner application storage and retention
Accepted partner applications are stored in Veyero's protected LAOS PartnerProspect system rather than in browser storage. The current PartnerProspect retention period is one year for partnership review, contact and related operational records, subject to deletion or anonymization workflows, applicable law, dispute preservation, and any later executed agreement that requires a different lawful retention period.
Operational logs and audit records are designed to use safe event, status, version and correlation metadata rather than copying the partner form's raw personal fields into ordinary logs or analytics.
7. Hosting and service providers
Hostinger provides hosting and runtime services. Veyero's LAOS system receives and processes accepted PartnerProspect records through a restricted server-to-server integration. The browser does not receive LAOS service credentials or direct database access.
Veyero may use additional infrastructure, security or measurement providers when needed. We limit access to information to the purpose for which a provider is used and update this policy when a material change to data handling requires it.
8. Meta measurement
Where the Meta Pixel is enabled in the production build, it is limited to browser PageView measurement. Veyero does not use browser Lead tracking and does not send partner-form fields as browser Lead event parameters. Meta's browser technology may process device, browser, network and similar identifiers under Meta's own terms and privacy practices.
The partner form also offers a separate optional choice, version meta-measurement-v1, for server-side conversion measurement and attribution with Meta. If you actively select that choice, Veyero may send the email address and phone number you submitted to Meta after normalization and SHA-256 hashing, together with bounded event and attribution information. This choice is not required to submit the form and is separate from consent to be contacted about a partnership.
You may withdraw this optional choice for future measurements by emailing Contact@veyero.online. Withdrawal does not reverse processing that already occurred before the request was implemented and does not affect other lawful partnership-review processing.
9. When information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to infrastructure and processing providers that support the purposes described above; to professional advisers where reasonably necessary; to authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, security or the integrity of the service; or as part of a legitimate business reorganization, financing, acquisition or transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.
Optional measurement information is disclosed to Meta only in accordance with the measurement behavior described above.
10. Security
Veyero uses measures intended to protect partner information, including HTTPS transport, server-side credentials, restricted service boundaries, rate limiting, input validation and protected storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International processing
Hosting, infrastructure or measurement providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use or rely on appropriate contractual, organizational or other lawful transfer mechanisms available for the relevant processing.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
To make a request, email Contact@veyero.online. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
13. Children
Veyero's partner application is intended for adults acting for businesses and is not directed to children. Do not submit a partner application if you are under 18.
14. Third-party websites
The site may link to independently operated websites, including Veyero-owned local assets and third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and are not controlled by this Privacy Policy unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, partner flow, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain a new consent before a material change takes effect.
16. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Contact@veyero.online.
