Terms
Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of veyero.online and the Veyero partner application experience. A website visit or application is not a partnership or a commercial activation.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using veyero.online, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you submit a partner application on behalf of a business, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to provide the submitted information and communicate with Veyero for that business.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit a partner application.
2. What Veyero does
Veyero builds, owns and operates websites for local service markets and may enter into commercial relationships with qualified local service businesses around those digital assets. Veyero manages the digital asset; the independent local partner manages and performs the local service work.
Veyero is not the locksmith, contractor or other local service provider shown as the subject of a partnership opportunity unless a page expressly states otherwise.
3. Partner applications
A partner application is a request for Veyero to review a potential business relationship. Veyero may accept, reject, pause or request additional information about an application. Submission does not create a partnership, territory assignment, agency, franchise, joint venture, employment relationship, exclusivity arrangement or obligation to proceed.
You agree that information you submit will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will not impersonate another person or business or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
4. Separate Partner Agreements
If Veyero and an applicant decide to work together, the commercial relationship must be documented separately. An executed Partner Agreement may cover the asset, service territory, operating scope, routing, fee, trial terms, cancellation, service standards, advertising, reporting and other commercial or legal terms.
Where an executed Partner Agreement conflicts with these website Terms on the commercial relationship, the executed Partner Agreement controls for that relationship.
5. Independent Partner responsibilities
Independent Partners are responsible for the services they provide, including licensing or registration where required, insurance, staffing, dispatch, service availability, customer communications, pricing, estimates, invoicing, taxes, workmanship, safety, warranties, refunds and compliance with laws that apply to their business and services.
A Partner may not represent that it can bind Veyero, incur obligations for Veyero or make guarantees on Veyero's behalf unless an executed agreement expressly authorizes it.
6. Website offers, fees and trial information
Public pages may describe a current partner opportunity, trial period, cancellation position or pricing structure. Those descriptions apply only as stated on the relevant page and remain subject to applicant eligibility, the final agreed scope and any executed Partner Agreement.
Veyero may change public pricing, fees or offer terms prospectively before an agreement is executed. Veyero will not retroactively change a price or commercial term fixed in an executed Partner Agreement unless that agreement permits the change.
7. No performance guarantees
Veyero does not guarantee leads, enquiries, calls, bookings, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, completed jobs, revenue, profit, return on investment, market position, exclusivity beyond an executed agreement, or any other business outcome.
Search demand, competition, seasonality, partner availability, pricing, service quality, customer behavior and many other factors can affect results.
8. Calculators and commercial scenarios
Any calculator or economics model on the website is an interactive scenario tool. Values entered by a visitor, example assumptions and calculated outputs are not forecasts, promises, financial advice or representations of expected performance. Actual results may differ materially.
You are responsible for evaluating assumptions using your own operating costs, close rate, average job value, capacity and other business information.
9. Website content and opportunity information
Veyero aims to keep public information accurate and current, but asset status, partner availability, pricing, features and opportunity details may change. A reference to an asset or market does not guarantee that the opportunity remains available when you apply.
Content is provided for general informational and business-evaluation purposes and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
10. Intellectual property
The Veyero website, brand elements, software, design, copy, data presentation, calculators and Veyero-owned digital assets are owned by or licensed to Veyero, except for third-party materials identified as belonging to others. These Terms do not transfer ownership of a Veyero website, domain, software, content or other intellectual property to an applicant or Partner.
You may view and use the public website for legitimate evaluation of Veyero and partnership opportunities. You may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape at an abusive rate, reverse engineer, interfere with, or commercially exploit protected website materials except as permitted by law or by written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to violate law or another person's rights; submit false, deceptive, infringing or malicious content; probe or bypass security controls; introduce malware; overload or disrupt the service; automate abusive submissions; harvest personal information; or attempt unauthorized access to systems, credentials, applications or data.
Veyero may restrict access or reject submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users, applicants, partners or systems.
12. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to independently operated sites or use third-party infrastructure and measurement services. A link does not mean Veyero controls or endorses every statement, product, policy or practice on the external site. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.
13. Availability, changes and discontinuation
Veyero may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue website content, features or opportunities, temporarily or permanently, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any obligations in an executed Partner Agreement.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at a particular time.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its public content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Veyero disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not limit any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veyero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from or related to the website, public opportunity information or your use of the site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. An executed Partner Agreement may contain separate liability provisions for the commercial relationship it governs.
16. Privacy
Veyero's Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through the website and partner application. The partner form also contains the consent language that applies to partnership contact and any separate optional measurement choice.
17. Changes to these Terms
Veyero may update these Terms as the website, partner flow or business model changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires a different process.
18. General provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms do not override non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Any governing-law, forum or dispute-resolution terms contained in an executed Partner Agreement govern the commercial relationship covered by that agreement.
19. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to Contact@veyero.online.
